Initiate Your Request
Log into your Rakuten Kobo account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Device
Securely place the eReader and all original accessories, including charging cables and manuals, into the original retail packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Service Centre
Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any Australia Post location, ensuring you keep the tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our Australian warehouse receives and inspects your device, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
